Happy New Year! Okay, so we are a month and a half in already, but we plan to make up for the delay in posts with this gem.

Ready those eyes for sharp lines, drastic edges and pops of color this contemporary Charlet Bros. build has to offer!

The owners of this pretty thing had a sweet vision for this modern retreat and we are loving the unique details and all of that GREEN!

It's always nice to see the final product, but let's take a tiny moment to appreciate the bones that are required as the foundation of this bad boy.

Okay... moment over! Let's look at all the pretty --

Those lines - those WINDOWS!

Cue the green.

 From the clean and simple built-ins, down to the textures and various patterns implemented, every square inch boasts of this home's carefully thought out design.

The wallpaper is such a fun contrast to the warmth of that beautiful wood...

The homeowner's fun personality really shows in their chosen accessories. 

More windows = so much natural light. (Insert heart eyes)

Okay, isn't this the cutest touch for the grandkids' room?!

Well, there's not much more we can really say that this home doesn't already say for itself!
